Rich's primary responsibilities include sales, marketing and origination efforts for rehab financing, permanent financing, ReCasa Services, and serves on the company’s credit committee. Rudek co-founded the company in 2000.

He previously served as President of the Growth Capital and Finance Company Services Divisions of Textron Financial Corporation (TFC). Rudek was named President of RFC Capital Corporation, the predecessor to the Growth Capital Division, in January 2001 after serving as the Company’s Vice President – Business Development for four years. As Vice President – Business Development, Rudek managed the group responsible for originating and maintaining relationships with clients while providing them with financing products and ValueQuest consultative services. He and his team were also charged with new product development to meet changing market needs and with building strategic alliances with partners that provide products and services to the telecommunications, technology and energy industries. He was a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year program in 2005.

Prior to joining RFC, he held the position of Vice President and Sales Manager for Bank One. In that capacity, Rudek ran a business development team in the Eastern Region Business Banking Group. His team was responsible for generating commercial loans and ancillary services for business clients of Bank One. Rudek also served as a Vice President – Sales Manager in the Columbus office of Cincinnati-based Provident Bank. While at The Provident Bank, he directed an outside sales group charged with generating commercial loans and consumer loans.

Rudek earned a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from The University of Pittsburgh.
