Loan Portfolio Servicing

SERVICES RENDERED INCLUDE:

• Preparing and sending monthly invoices
• Collecting and posting monthly payments
• Maintaining records of payments and balances
• Collecting and paying taxes and insurance
• Following up on any late-pays or delinquencies
• Remitting funds to client
• Posting payments to ReCasa Financial Group, LLC’s  loan servicing system and accounting software
• Preparation of quarterly reports
• Contacting past due borrowers
• Preparation of K-1s and 1099s as-needed
• Any other duties mutually agreed-upon by ReCasa Financial Group, LLC and Client
