ReCasa Financial Group was founded in 2000 with a goal of helping real estate investors with their acquisition and repair financing needs. Over 20 years later, the mission remains the same. Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, ReCasa provides purchase and rehabilitation financing on 1-4 unit property throughout much of the East coast, Midwest, and Southeast. Our rehab loan program also finances closing costs allowing clients to purchase investment property with little to no money down. In addition, ReCasa has shared its expertise with other companies to provide assistance with accounting and portfolio servicing needs. While the real estate industry has changed significantly over the last two decades, one thing has not – ReCasa’s commitment to help its clients turn their real estate dreams into reality.
