Erik Williams joined ReCasa Financial Group in 2007 and has extensive experience in every aspect of the company’s rehab loan product. As the Vice President of Client Services, he oversees the company’s real estate loan portfolio and works closely with all of ReCasa Financial Group’s real estate investors to administer the rehab draw process, track the progress of the rehab project, and answer any questions throughout their rehab loan term. In addition to managing current rehab loans, Williams serves as Regional Manager for rehab loan inquiries in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Colorado, Texas, Kansas, and Missouri.
