Steve joined ReCasa in 2008 as Regional Manager and is now the Vice President of Business Development. He manages financing for rehab loans for Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, and Maryland.

In the past, he has been a Credit Analyst and Home Mortgage Consultant working on FHA 203(k) loans for Wells Fargo, an operations supervisor, a senior sales manager, and an owner and operator of a real estate and development company. He has worked with realtors, mortgage brokers, CPAs, and title companies to close residential loans and commercial loans. He has experience with accounting, real estate marketing, and office management.
