Erik has been with ReCasa since 2007 and has managed all aspects of the company's operations for the past decade.  His responsibilities include oversight of underwriting, sales staff, client services, and accounting.  Erik has negotiated and closed portfolio purchases, served on numerous panels at industry wide events, and been a featured speaker at various real estate events during his tenure.  In addition, Erik has provided advisory services to other companies and has enhanced the consulting options that ReCasa offers.
