Richard C. Rudek

Rich Rudek is the President and Chief Executive Officer of ReCasa Financial Group, LLC.  His primary responsibilities include sales, marketing and origination efforts for rehab financing, permanent financing, ReCasa Services, and serves on the company’s credit committee.  Rudek co-founded the company in 2000.

He previously served as President of the Growth Capital and Finance Company Services Divisions of Textron Financial Corporation (TFC).  Rudek was named President of RFC Capital Corporation, the predecessor to the Growth Capital Division, in January 2001 after serving as the Company’s Vice President – Business Development for four years.  As Vice President – Business Development, Rudek managed the group responsible for originating and maintaining relationships with clients while providing them with financing products and ValueQuest consultative services. He and his team were also charged with new product development to meet changing market needs and with building strategic alliances with partners that provide products and services to the telecommunications, technology and energy industries. He was a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year program in 2005.

Prior to joining RFC, he held the position of Vice President and Sales Manager for Bank One.  In that capacity, Rudek ran a business development team in the Eastern Region Business Banking Group.  His team was responsible for generating commercial loans and ancillary services for business clients of Bank One.  Rudek also served as a Vice President – Sales Manager in the Columbus office of Cincinnati-based Provident Bank.  While at The Provident Bank, he directed an outside sales group charged with generating commercial loans and consumer loans.

Rudek earned a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from The University of Pittsburgh.

 

Mark D. Quinlan

Mark D. Quinlan is Chairman of ReCasa Financial Group, LLC.  Quinlan co-founded the company in 2000.  Quinlan is a Director of ReCasa Financial Group as well as Chairman of improveit! 360, LLC, a software company based in Columbus.

Quinlan formerly served as Group Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing of the Asset Based Lending Group of Textron Financial Corporation (TFC).  Prior to that, he served as the founding President of the Finance Company Services (FCS) division of TFC.  He previously served as President of RFC Capital, another TFC affiliate.  Preceding the acquisition by TFC, Quinlan served as RFC’s chief credit and financial officer.

Before joining RFC, Quinlan participated in the structuring of asset securitizations in the Structured Finance Group of Bank One Capital Corporation, the investment banking subsidiary of Bank One Corporation, where he also participated in the investment of the firm’s capital through its mezzanine investment fund.  He previously served as a senior loan officer in Bank One’s Corporate Banking Division.

Quinlan earned a Master of Business Administration degree and a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in government from Dartmouth College.  He was a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year program in 2005.

 

Erik Williams

Erik Williams joined ReCasa Financial Group in 2007 and has extensive experience in every aspect of the company’s rehab loan product.  As the Vice President of Client Services, he oversees the company’s real estate loan portfolio and works closely with all of ReCasa Financial Group’s real estate investors to administer the rehab draw process, track the progress of the rehab project, and answer any questions throughout their rehab loan term.  In addition to managing current rehab loans, Williams serves as Regional Manager for rehab loan inquiries in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kansas, and Missouri.

 

 

Steve Radomile

Steve Radomile

Steve Radomile joined ReCasa Financial Group in 2008 as Regional Manager and is now the Vice President of Business Development. He currently manages financing for rehab loans for Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey.

Radomile has over 14 years of real estate financing experience. In the past, he has been a Credit Analyst and Home Mortgage Consultant working on FHA 203(k) loans for Wells Fargo, an operations supervisor, a senior sales manager, and an owner and operator of a real estate and development company. He has worked with realtors, mortgage brokers, CPAs, and title companies to close residential loans and commercial loans. He has experience with accounting, real estate marketing, and office management. He graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a major in finance.

 

Sonya WasmerSonya Wasmer

Sonya Wasmer joined ReCasa Financial Group in 2015 as the Product and Support Manager.  She works closely with the entire ReCasa team in processing real estate investment loans, along with managing the day-to-day office operations.  Prior to ReCasa, she held positions with Bank One, NA and as an insurance agent.  She has extensive finance and insurance customer service experience.

Sonya also has a position as an Insurance Producer with the Detwiler-Brofford Insurance Agency’s downtown Columbus, Ohio location.  She is licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance along with Life and Health Insurance in the state of Ohio.  In addition to Ohio, Sonya is licensed in Property, Casualty and Life Insurance in the states of Illinois, Indiana and Pennsylvania.  She greatly enjoys assisting her clients, and ensuring that they are receiving the best possible products and pricing.

 

Nikki Hauenstein

Nikki Hauenstein is the Marketing Manager for ReCasa Financial Group. She uses her comprehensive experience to create and execute the company’s real estate financing marketing strategy to promote all of ReCasa Financial Group’s offerings including lending of 100% financing for rehab investment projects to real estate investors. She communicates with potential real estate investors in hopes of helping them become more successful in the real estate industry.

She has an extensive background in marketing, advertising, public relations, and graphic design.  Prior to ReCasa Financial Group she held positions with Cardinal Health, Premier Designs, Ohio University, and Clear Channel Radio. Hauenstein graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Specialized Studies.
